Tip of the Day

My latest tip of the day –  for feeling and staying younger – as quoted from www.all4women.co.za

1. Eat at least 20 grams of fat a day! No, not the deep fried chips variety, but Omega 3 fats, like avos, pumpkin seeds, almonds etc.

2. Get into the country whenever you can. The air pollution you find in the cities and surrounding factories causes ageing.

3. Avoid the direct sunlight – another ager plus a cancer risk.

4. Meditate. It is a proven fact that subjects who can do transcendental meditation live up to twelve years longer than others.

5. Get a pet. They reduce stress and can give you a lifetime of love and happiness.

6. Laugh. It really IS the best medicine. Laughing helps you relax, lowers your risk of heart disease, type two diabetes, strokes, cancer, arthritis and depression.

Go out there and FEEL beautiful, and you will be!
