Therapy or a Life Coach

So I have had this dilemma for a while… I know I have issues (who doesn’t).. I know I need to go see someone (that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg). And I know it’s important to do this.. For my own sanity.

Quietly I go insane…

So my question is it better to see a therapist or a life coach?

Does it all depend on what you want out of it?

And should you go on other people’s advice and recommendations or find your own?

Does Discovery have a preferred network for this like they do for doctors?
