Running Update – Keeping at it

So its been 5 weeks since I started running again – see Running – up and at it again. So far I have completed 22 runs – that’s 4 times a week.. So far. So far so good.

I started running with Benson but I soon realised he didn’t actually enjoy it and I am able to run better on my own anyway. My dad is still riding his bicycle with me. I love my dad and it’s nice we can do this together.

He helps me keep going and also in terms of safety I don’t feel unsafe in the traffic with him riding behind me.

I feel good for running and although I am not running far – I am happy with the route I am running now and am working on getting my time down. Now that I can run the whole route without stopping.

Baby steps. Making progress.
