Confused…

I want to do something about me.. My life.. My depression – if you can call it that.. My everything…

I attended a Personal Leadership training session at work a couple weeks ago and it was pretty inspiring to say the least. It was actually eye opening and motivating and got me thinking about all sorts of things that I can change… But I figured that I need some help…

I need to do something to get myself out of this rut or midlife crises or whatever it is that I am going through. I know this…

And it seems a lot of my friends know this too. They all want to help.. But they all have their own ideas of what I should do…

Everyone wants me to go see someone – a life coach or a therapist they recommend –  or attend a course – like Harlequin –  or something…

I feel a bit overwhelmed by all this.. Who do I chose? What do I do? How do I know what is right for me?

Do I see a psychologist? Do I go to a life coach? Do I see a counselor at church? Do I attend an expensive course?

Anyone have any advice for me?
