Bad Habits

I have a few bad habits. Don’t we all?

A bad habit is defined as a negative behavior pattern. (Wikipedia)

Prevention is better than cure. It is easier to prevent a bad habit forming than to break a habit that has already been established.

My habits include the following:

  • saying no to everything
  • overthinking and overanalyzing everything
  • not listening
  • swearing
  • road rage
  • procrastination
  • negative thoughts and expecting the worst

The list goes on..

I need to work on breaking these and a few other bad habits. Awareness and acknowledgement is the first step. Now I actually have to do something about them.
